Our Story
At RI.MA. we strive every day to provide you with the best of the Piana di Fondi. We have been doing this since 1998, when Mosè Riccardi founded the family business, which he runs together with his son Paolo and his wife Luisa, with a deep love for the territory and a desire to enhance local products.
Our mission is simple but ambitious: to grow and offer only vegetables and vegetables of excellence, respecting the earth and the people who work it.
Our agricultural heartland
Our business exists thanks to the relationship of trust, respect and collaboration with about 70 producers in the Piana di Fondi.
With a total of 80 hectares of protected facilities and 100 hectares of open field, our producers contribute to creating a mosaic of authentic and genuine flavours. Here, nature meets experience, and respect for the seasons results in fresh, nutritious produce.
Our brands: a promise of quality
We organise the production cycle respecting the seasonality, the capacities of the farms and the peculiarities of the soil. We believe in the philosophy of good fruit: every product we offer is sun-ripened, carefully harvested and packed fresh directly in the fields.
